Your business and you — finally in one flow.
Flowmea is one system for women who run their business solo — it connects your business with your rhythm. Studio holds your operations, Journal your energy. Together, you know not just what to do, but when it'll actually flow.
Starting with Journaltesters free during the beta · €5.99/mo forever from the waitlist
Running a business solo means being everything at once.
The day-to-day slips through your fingers
An invoice here, a task there, your timer somewhere else. Five apps, and something still falls through.
Some days it flows, some days it just won't
One day you write three proposals with your eyes closed, the next you're just staring at the screen. And you don't know why.
You reach the end of the day and wonder where it went
Half the list checked off, energy gone, and the things that mattered still sitting there.
You're not alone in this.
One system for your business and your flow
Being in flow doesn't mean grinding harder. It means having a home base where you don't get lost, and knowing yourself well enough to tell when things will click and when to take a break. That's why Flowmea isn't one more app. It's two parts that know about each other:
Knows how you're doing
A diary and your partner Flo: sleep, cycle, energy, flow.
Knows what you're doing
Clients, projects, tasks, invoices and finances.
And only together do they tell you what to take on today. No app on its own can do that.
Flowmea Journal — your diary and AI partner Flo
Type or dictate a few sentences about your day into Telegram — and your AI partner Flo turns it into an entry, spots your patterns, and reminds you what got you into flow last time. No new app, no blank pages.
- You write or talk, Flo turns it into your diary
- Spots your patterns — sleep, cycle, stress → your performance
- Reaches out on her own and tells you what worked
Your month in three sentences:
- You do your best work when you start the day with the hardest thing.
- After days you spend on email marketing, your pace drops the next day.
- Before important calls, you can't get yourself to focus.
23 entries · 3 patterns
Flowmea Studio — a home base that isn't breathing down your neck
Clients, projects, invoices and money finally have a place of their own. But the point is somewhere else. Studio doesn't make you measure and tick off everything. Flo knows what's on your plate, and in the morning she tells you what makes sense today. Based on how you're doing, not on what the calendar says.
Other apps keep an eye on your work. Flowmea wants you to enjoy it again.
- NowKlára's proposal — your clearest window
- AfternoonInvoices, those need less from you
- MoveOne call to Thursday
No app on its own will tell you this.
Studio clears your desk, Journal clears your head. But the real magic happens between them:
Your calls, deadlines and what you got done this week.
She ties them to your rhythm: “Your energy drops the day after every longer call. Shall we put Thursday's calls into one block?”
The patterns you can't see in yourself. Flo notices them for you.

Hi, I'm Lucie
For years, as a virtual assistant, I cleaned up the behind-the-scenes of other women's businesses — and saw the same chaos on repeat: five tools, nothing lines up, energy disappearing into admin.
And I wasn't doing much better myself. Switching between clients broke my focus, work spread across the whole day, and in the evening I was still thinking about it. One day I worked like a machine, the next I dragged myself along with no idea why. I went through burnout myself.
Over time it hit me that it isn't only about tools. How well our work goes is tied to how we're doing — how much we slept, where we are in our cycle, what's on our mind.
That's exactly why I'm building Flowmea. So your business finally holds together — and so you feel at home in it.
Who is Flowmea for?
- you switch between clients so often that by evening you've got nothing left for your own work
- your work spreads across the whole day and then you can't switch it off
- your clients, invoices and ideas live in five apps and the rest lives in your head
- you get other people's projects over the line, but keep putting your own off
- big teams and corporations
- anyone who loves 50 features and a thick manual
- anyone looking for one more system to keep tabs on them
A VA, a coach, a therapist, a designer? Running it solo? Then you're in the right place. 💛
What people ask most
When do you launch?
I won't give you a date, because I don't know it myself. But I do know the order. First I let 15 testers into Journal and spend a few weeks tuning what Flo can do. Once it feels right, the waitlist comes in — before the public and at €5.99/mo forever. I'll open it publicly only once Journal is genuinely good. I don't want to launch fast, I want to launch well.
Do I have to take the whole system?
Not now — we're launching Journal on its own, and it stands on its own two feet. Studio and the discounted bundle come later; from the waitlist you'll get a preferential price on them.
What launches first?
Journal. Studio comes later, once it's ready.
What's the founding price and what's early-bird?
The founding price of €3.99/mo forever is for testers — I'm looking for 15 women to try Journal free for the whole beta and give me feedback. From the waitlist you get access before the public and €5.99/mo forever. The regular price after launch will be €9.99/mo, or €7.99/mo billed yearly (€95.88/year).
Monthly or yearly?
Whatever suits you. €9.99/mo (cancel anytime), or €7.99/mo billed yearly — you pay €95.88 for the year and save 20%. From the waitlist you get €5.99/mo forever, testers €3.99/mo forever.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Entries are stored encrypted in a database in the EU (GDPR) — not even the database provider sees them in readable form, and once Journal gets voice notes, they'll be deleted after transcription. Flo thinks thanks to the Claude AI model (Anthropic, USA) and finds connections between entries via meaning-based fingerprints from Voyage AI (USA) — neither service uses your data for training or keeps it. The conversation itself runs over Telegram, so it has the same privacy as your other chats.
Do I need Telegram?
Only for Journal. Studio runs normally in your browser.
